Outback Workwear partners with factories and manufacturers who are aligned with our Social Ethical and Environmental values.

We ensure that all our factories have ethical sourcing practices and sustainability action plans in place including but not limited to modern slavery, child and forced labour. We formalise this with documented supplier agreements and annual audits.

In addition to ethical social policies, we are also focussed on responsible environmental practices. As an example, we are transitioning into recycled packaging, as well as finding other ways to reduce unnecessary packaging components. Where possible, we use recycled and environmentally sustainable fabrications and our designers are creating innovative products with a focus on recycled fibres. We constantly strive to further develop new initiatives to become a planet positive company.
